Climbing over the buildings instead of driving around them got me 21 seconds. (as opposed to 25 driving)

I did that combined with driving, and got 15 seconds.

As soon as I start I jump out of water, drived to low part of building jump off and clear it or you'll have to jump again... Then drive down the strip using boost make a right at the end of it. Keep driving and jump out of driving mode onto the yellow spot...
Best time is 11.21 seconds... and that only got me 2 points?

I immediatly jump over the building to the right, turn into a car and drive off to the left road going directly in front of you. Then I turn right and boost off the stair ramp and transform in mid air, and with luck land on the yellow orb. My best time is 11.76
